Pros:

• Not too big and not too small, just the right size for me.
• Stays on my ear and never falls off.
• Easy to hold, not slippery.

Cons:

• Hurts my ear if I wear it for an hour or more.

I have not use a single ear bluetooth headset since I bought the Apple Airpods Gen 3. I thought I will like the Airpods and I was hoping that I can use it like all my previous single ear bluetooth headsets. So for almost a year I tried to make the Airpods fit my my needs, but it didn't work. I really like the airpods, It sounds really nice, I can use it on my phone, firet TV Stick, google chromecast without any problem. What I don;'t like about it is, it's so small and slippery. I work as a full time chef and the Airpods just doesn't fit in my current workflow.
